Well, superfoods are everywhere, from your fridge to your pantry, cupboard, and even, they may get found in your very own garde, if you happen to have your very own orchard, or herbal garden. Getting back to superfoods.. why are they called like that?
They are called superfoods because they contain lots of nutritional value eventhough most of them are super small. There might be some others that may contain exclusive nutritional value due to their composition. I will not get that technical around here, but, one thing I may tell you.. superfoods are supercharged with supportive nutrients to our system in the form of vitamins, aminoacids, proteins, antioxidnts and more.
I will give you a complete list of the superfoods that you may use in smoothies, juices, salads, soups. You may use the herbal ones for specific needs... like clearing your skin or getting a great night's sleep.
